The three-month warranty covers functional faults arising under normal use that were not disclosed and accepted before purchase. Email info@shalomtelecom.com within the warranty period with your invoice number, device serial number or IMEI and a description of the fault.

We will provide return instructions. Please obtain return authorisation before sending any item; the registered address is not an automatic returns location. Back up and remove personal data, accounts and activation locks before returning a device. Do not publish IMEI numbers or personal documents in a website enquiry.

After inspection, eligible faults will be resolved by repair or a comparable replacement. Where neither is reasonably available, we will arrange a refund for the affected item. Cosmetic wear or battery condition disclosed at sale, normal wear, accidental or liquid damage, misuse and faults caused by unauthorised repair are excluded. This is a functional warranty, not a change-of-mind returns policy.

Return carriage and any replacement-delivery arrangements will be confirmed during authorisation. Faults or discrepancies apparent on delivery should be reported promptly with supporting photos; this does not shorten the three-month warranty. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Sales are to business customers only. Website information is an invitation to enquire, not an offer of guaranteed stock. Prices, minimum quantities, currency, product condition and specifications are set out in the written quotation. Quotations remain subject to the stated validity and stock availability.

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Payment amount, method and due date are agreed on the quotation or invoice. Confirm payment instructions directly through info@shalomtelecom.com if any bank details change. We do not take card payments on this website.

Refurbished goods are previously used products; appearance, battery condition, parts and packaging can vary. Any agreed condition grade, battery threshold, network restrictions or included accessories must be stated in the quotation. Refurbished does not mean manufacturer-certified or covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Order amendments or cancellations must be agreed in writing. Nothing on this page excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Hong Kong law applies, subject to any mandatory applicable law and the signed order terms.

We currently serve business buyers in Hong Kong. Delivery method, charges, location and estimated timing are agreed before order confirmation. Collection is by prior written arrangement only; the registered address should not be treated as a walk-in shop or collection point.

Any delivery estimate depends on the confirmed stock and agreed payment arrangements. Please inspect the quantity, packaging and products on receipt and keep the invoice for warranty support. If a shipment is damaged or incomplete, contact us promptly with the order details and photos.

Shalom Telecom Limited uses the name, company, email address and enquiry details you provide to respond to trade enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders and handle support. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.

Our website hosting and enquiry service is provided by Netlify; our business email is hosted by Namecheap Private Email. These providers process information as needed to operate those services, potentially outside Hong Kong. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Enquiry and order records are retained only as needed for the business relationship, warranty support and applicable record-keeping requirements. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email info@shalomtelecom.com. We do not add advertising trackers to this website.
